Trouble sleeping?

Good evening!
Let me tell you something, I have sleeping problems. I don't usually talk about it to people because it's not something you naturally talk about..but on my blog I can write about everything I want :)

I don't have troubles sleeping EVERY night, not even every week, it just depends, we all have good and bad periods! Since 2009 I've had many horrible nights, I go to bed and all I want is to sleep but I can't because I won't stop thinking! I hate it! I go to the gym almost everyday, I should be sleeping easily, DAMN IT!
When I was little all I needed to do to fall asleep was to count sheep..I guess it's not that easy anymore, unfortunately! 
My sister bought me sleeping patches from a website..sometimes I feel like they're helping but actually I think it's all mental..the product make your brain "believe" it's working, it's like the placebo effect, if you know what I mean... here you go: http://www.energy1st.net/LifeWaveSilentNightsSleepPatch.html don't buy it!!hehe

yo! right now Im about to wash my appartment because its f***ing dirty(excuse my bad language!) :/ but it hasnt been washed properly since april!! me and my roommates are so lazy when it comes to cleaning!and my dog is not helping either.. I didnt get it, but now I do!

 I just got home from the movies, I saw "the tree of life"! It's kind of embarassing to share this but sometimes I have problems understanding the real purpose of certain films.. like this one and  "inception" for example!! I liked both movies but I had to be re-explained the story after I saw it to completely understand the plot..I know it sounds stupid but whatever, I think many people have experienced the same!:P  Now that I have done some web research on the movie I can assure you that it's very nice and the story is deep and meaningful !  Good night , bitches!!!

Sexy Sundays

I know alot of people who hate sundays because "there's nothing to do". That's wrong!! It's the day where you can go for a nice walk in the parc or anywhere, go to the movies, go to the theater, go to the gym,go to a restaurant or prepare a nice meal, meet friends, go to the church (for those who believe in god)..etc I think there's alot to do and I love it! it's one of my favourite days ! And sometimes it's also nice to do NOTHING, just chill out at home and load energy for the next week to come =)

heeeey!!  this morning I woke up hungover, I went to the gym and it made me feel alot better as usual :D  I promise u the best way to remove a hangover is to GO TO THE GYM!!!!it's magic!     after my workout all I did was eat eat eat :P homemade pizza, applecake and candy!! mmmm  thank god it's saturday :)

hiii! went to the gym, ate, took a shower... and now...I'm sitting on my couch realizing that school is officially over for this year!!! woooooooooooooow! awesome!!no more exams no more pressure :) no more drama (only girls in my class :P)!!!     I have some internchip in june, FUN ! then in july it's summertime :D spend your day as if it was your last!!!     TTYL bitches have a good night! :)

Smoothie

 Delicious smoothie: 1 banana, 6 strawberries and pressed orange juice!  Its like you have an orgasm in your mouth when you drink it  :P :P

I try to drink  a smoothie everyday one hour before I go to the gym cause it gives me alot of energy! and its not healthy to work out with an empty stomach, i hope you know that anonymous people!  Have great day!!

Trust 8-)

In my opinion, the only person you can trust a  100% is YOURSELF! and actually sometimes you can't even trust yourself (when you're out of control,sick, too drunk or high on drugs, etc... ). that's crazy!  I have some friends that I really trust, and my family of course, but there are always (bad) surprises that will or can show up unexpectly, therefor you can't trust anyone a 100%.. if you know what I mean... hehe  I trust myself 99%!:P

Kabuki vs Geisha

 Bonsoir! On tuesday I have an exam at school, I have to create an etnic makeup look and I can choose whatever etnicity I want! I asked a vietnamese friend of mine to be my model therefor Im going to do a geisha look or a kabuki look, Im not sure yet which one Ill do but I think its gonna be kabuki cause its funnier :) what do you think I should do? LOOL oops  forgot no one reads my blog :P Im joking!

The party last night wasnt the biggest success! Me and another friend got sooo DRUNK and so crazy..omg..well im not going into further details cause it's emabarrassing haha!draamaaa! We were lucky the others were sober enough to make sure we got back home safely!!   whatever.. today im going to eat lunch at my grandmas place! I cant wait i love her food :D   have a great day nobody!!!!!!

   I go to a makeup artist school in Paris, so i will most probably talk mainly about makeup makeup maaaaaaaaaaakeup :P 
Here the makeup is done by a girl in my class on me! I think she did great!!
