how do you achieve inner peace?

bad stuff: I will go to bed hungry, my boyfriend "forgot" his phone at home and is still out with his friends, I dont have alot of money, my stomach hurts not sure its because of PMS or nervous stress, tomorrow I have to get up early (which actually is not that bad)
good stuff: I have a job and I might get another one I really want if i dont mess up, I think I have a  boyfriend who loves me very much, I have a lovely dog I share with someone else, I dont feel ugly like I used to when I was younger, tomorrow I'm going to a party, I actually do have a lot of things to be happy about but somehow I feel sad and thats very stupid!
